Pickup Policy


1. All pickup orders may be picked up at Dough Dreamery, 19751 E. Mainstreet, Suite R7, Parker, CO 80138

2. Purchaser of the pickup order is required to pick up at the shop.

3. Please have receipt or email confirmation with you at time of pick up.

4. Pickup orders are usually ready 24 hours after purchase, except for the days listed below. For orders greater than $100, we will contact you with the day your order will be ready for pickup

5. Pickup orders will be held in store for maximum of 48 hours from the time the “Ready for Pickup” email is sent to ensure the freshest dough possible.

6. Pickup orders are not available for pick up on Sunday, Monday or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

7. Since our cookie dough is perishable, please refrigerate or freeze your dough as soon as possible.


Dough Dreamery accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards.


All of our cookie dough is handmade to order in small batches to ensure the best quality and taste.


1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Dough Dreamery does not accept returns or make exchanges.
2. Under certain circumstances, at our discretion, Dough Dreamery will issue a credit or re-order.
3. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of when your order was picked up, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing and production schedule.
